How it works

Six steps, from your first call to your title.

  1. See the homes from where you are

Take the 3D tour of every layout, study the floor plans and the price list, and walk the site and sales office with our team on a live video call, at a time that suits your time zone.

  2. Choose your home and get a written offer

Pick the unit and floor. We send you a written offer with the price and the payment schedule.

  3. Sign the sale agreement

Your sale agreement is prepared by our conveyancing advocates, Muraya & Company Advocates, and sent to you by email.

  4. Pay by international bank transfer

Pay from abroad by SWIFT transfer, in instalments on the standard plan (20% / 30% / 30% / 20%) while the building goes up. Paying ahead of the schedule may qualify you for the early bird offer.

  5. Follow the construction

We post site photos as each stage is reached, and you can ask us for an update or a video call at any time.

  6. Receive your title

Completion is planned for December 2027. Every apartment gets its own sectional title; foreign nationals need a Kenya KRA PIN for the transfer.

Questions

Buying from abroad, answered.

Can’t find your question? WhatsApp us on +254 108 345 868; we work around your time zone.

Can I buy if I live outside Kenya?

Yes. Kenyans living abroad can buy in the same way as buyers in Kenya. Foreign nationals can also buy; you will need a Kenya KRA PIN when the title is transferred to you.

How do I pay from abroad?

By international bank transfer (SWIFT), in instalments on the standard plan (20% / 30% / 30% / 20%). Ask us for the bank details and a payment schedule for the unit you choose.

Can I see the apartment before I buy?

Yes, remotely: take the 3D tour of each layout and book a live video call of the site and sales office. The show floor is planned to open in December 2026, so family or friends in Nairobi can visit for you.

Who handles the legal side?

Our conveyancing advocates, Muraya & Company Advocates, prepare the sale agreement. You are welcome to have your own advocate review it.

What title will I receive?

Every apartment gets its own sectional title under Kenya’s Sectional Properties Act, 2020, so you can sell, lease or mortgage it on its own.

What rent could I expect?

It depends on the unit, the floor and the market when the building completes. Ask us for a rental estimate for a specific unit, and we will show you how we arrived at it.
